HPR 468 LS Long Block
HPR Signature 468. Starting with a fresh GM LS aluminum cylinder block as the foundation we then sleeve to accept a much larger bore size. Once the block is sleeved we fill the it with forged crankshaft, rods, and pistons all machined and assembled here in house. The larger stroke and bore of the 468 will greatly aid in torque production over a standard LS7's 4.00" stroke unit while allowing better utilization of higher flowing cylinder heads from West Coast Cylinder head LS7 heads and our custom ground cam
Every component is thoroughly measured, cleaned, and assembled for proper fit under the most extreme uses.
Long block is completely assembled, balanced and blue printed to exacting specifications set by Erik. We do all of the valve train setup, cam degree, spring setup and install taking the guess work out on the customer end. Bolt on your covers, intake, sensors and it is ready to go!
We offer a number of proven camshafts that are gentle enough for road racing under the most demanding conditions while providing excellent power and reliability. Speak to your sales rep for specs on your engine build!
