Emission Statement- Some parts and components may have an adverse effect on emissions and may not be legal for sale or use in the State of California. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with local, state, and federal laws where needed.
New Parts -
A customer may return a new stocking item to HPR for a full refund or exchange, excluding any shipping costs within 30 days of invoice date. HPR will not accept any installed, modified, or damaged items for refund or store credit. Items must be new and in their original packaging for a complete return. To make a return please contact HPR for a RMA and include a copy of your invoice with the package. Returns without an approved RMA will not be accepted
Please allow 10-14 business days from receipt for the refund to be processed.
Special order Parts -
Any special order items not, normally stocked can not be returned or refunded. Deposits on custom order items once confirmed cannot be returned or canceled and the customer will be responsible for the balance when completed.
Electronic Parts -
No returns of electronic parts including but not limited to wiring harnesses or adapters.
Used, Take off, and eBay items -
All sales are final, sold as-is and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Special parts, core returns and service policy-
Special orders- Any and all special ordered parts will be charged in full or require at minimum 50% deposit. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued on any special order or custom build items. HPR will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control. HPR can not be held responsible for special receiving dates on special ordered items. Refusing shipments on special ordered items does not grant a refund or changes to this policy.
Refused Items- Refused shipments that do not have prior approval to do so will automatically be charged a 20% restocking fee on top of any related shipping costs only on stocked items. Refused shipments on special ordered items, please see Special orders policy. Customers will be responsible for any reshipment charges should the item have to be shipped again.
Refunds- Approved returns will be processed with the same method as payment with the exception of expired credit/debit cards in which case will be processed with company check. Refunds will typically be handled within 10-14 days but can take up to 30 days
Core Returns- Items purchased with a eligible core refund must be returned within 30 days. Core returns past 30 days will not be accepted for a refund. Core returns are subject to inspection and those not meeting HPR standards will not be issued a full or partial return. Please allow 10-14 days for refund to be completed once items are returned. For core returns, please include a copy of your original sales receipt in the box and return to:

Returns without a copy of sales receipt in the box will not be accepted and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders with missing or incorrect pieces- Please contact HPR within 48hrs of receipt of any shipment that is missing items, shipped with incorrect items, or damaged in shipment. HPR will fill or correct any order within 2 days (special orders not included) and with no shipping costs to the customer if possible.
Right of Service- HPP reserves the right to refuse any service, support, or sales to anyone at any time without explanation if it is in the best interest to HPR and its customer and dealer base.
